How scrumptious it all looks and the glaze on the onions: Bellissima! 😍
And burger buns or bread aren't always a must indeed. One time we tried to make our "buns" with cauliflower, which was a delicious crunchy change.

The only thing we would do different, is to use more of the binding agent, because if you don't use enough the veggie buns will fall apart.
