Yeah man! Got a lot to think about though!
Been 7.5 years with the same company - naturally the team changed with all the more experienced collegues leaving.

Yesterday the last more experienced guy left. If they put his job out there I will go for it, but also like having people around to learn from myself. So I might also consider leaving myself.

A somewhat similar situation here. Except, after 7.5 years I've received a resignation note.

I fully understand their decision. I haven't been to work since October because of my health, and I've been paid in full by them all this time.
A lot to think about, no doubt about that. I know they would welcome me back with open arms if I go back, and the resignation will even be withdrawn if I'm back at work before July.

Sorry to hear that! Hope that your health is improving!

I been in that situation 2 years ago where I had to cut back drasticly in working hours due to health issues. Glad I took the time and put the priorties with my health (and family)!

That's where I am now, but now everything just escalated health wise. Basically I am one big mess 😂
