What I did jn this video is what I regard as the best superset for shoulder muscles, focusing on the lateral/middle part of the shoulders, though.
This was something I had to find out myself and I've come to love so much. It's simple, just do lateral raises and when you reach failure simply do shoulder presses. It works like magic! You wouldn't feel your shoulders burn during a shoulder press like you would if you do a shoulder press right after lateral raises in superset fashion.
