Targeting the Long Head of the Triceps

The long head of the triceps is the biggest part of the tricep, most triceps workout touch all the heads including this part but you really need to bias this part because it's the biggest part.

Most overhead Triceps workouts does just this, but today I found a lil trick to make it work even better. That is to use a supinated grip rather than a pronated grip.
