I've just discovered skull crushers after all these years of working out.
I've actually done them before but just once, and that's supposed to be surprising for a gym lover like me. I've just rediscovered them again and I'm finding I love the shii outta them. Overhead triceps extensions used to be my favourite tricep workout but now I think these are.
