That's why respect science-based content creators like Jeff Nippard and Dr. Mike Israetel keep hammering on it.

And that's why guys like me are out here doing Lat Pulldowns like this. The forward movement when the weight goes up, allowing my lats to hang off the weight and stretch deeply before I bring it down again, that's like the most stretched anyone's lats can be. That's why I'm doing it 🌚.

It felt really great, I must say. I've started trying to incorporate deep stretches into my lifts and this is the most classic example of how you can do it to your lats, as I infuse it into further workouts I'll make videos like this 😎.
