I Did 5 Different Exercises for Rear Delts Today

For those who don't know by now, the rear delts are muscles at the back part of your shoulder. It is one of the most neglected muscles in amateur/recreational bodybuilding. I've also neglected them a lot in my time that's why sometimes I go all out! 💋

Like today. Here's a video of me doing 5 different exercises for em. I did at least 3 sets of each, my rear delts wouldn't know what hit it 😅
