🥑 The Power of Avocado🥑

Today I'm going to talk about avocado, a fruit that you'll definitely want to eat on a daily basis because it's very beneficial for your body.
To begin, let's talk about the origins of this fruit.
Avocado is the fruit of the avocado tree (Laureaceae family), a plant native to Mexico and some regions of South America, also cultivated in the Canary Islands and Madeira Island. The fruit was already cultivated even before Spanish colonization, and the Aztecs called it ahuacatl, a word that means testicle, an analogy to the shape of the avocado.
Now come and learn about the benefits of eating avocado.

- Provides folic acid.
- Controls hypertension.

As you can see, the benefits of adding avocado to your diet are many, but you may be worried that eating it daily is bad because it has a lot of fat. But you don't need to worry because its fat is beneficial, so even if you eat 1 whole avocado a day, it's okay. However, avocado is a fruit with a lot of calories, so if your goal is to lose weight, eating it whole may not be a good idea.
If you don't like eating avocado on its own, then you can make some delicious recipes with it. A simple example would be to make an avocado smoothie that is delicious and you only need avocado, milk and a little sugar to make the smoothie even more delicious.

Another example of a delicious recipe for avocado is the famous Guacamole.
To make a delicious Guacamole, you only need 2 avocados, 1 onion (grated), 1 seedless tomato (chopped), 1 seedless pepper (chopped), the juice of 1 lemon and salt.
1 - Remove the pulp from the avocados and, in a bowl, mash with a fork until it forms a paste.
2 - Add the grated onion, chopped tomato, and seedless chili pepper and stir.
3 - Add the lemon juice and season with salt.
4 - Mix until smooth.
After all these steps, serve.
