In this digital world some people believe in quack doctors rather than believing in experts. I am seeing some people going to die for illness but they are not making consultant with an expert. It's indeed sad.
In my experience, the 'experts' are quacks too. I have fired more doctors than I care to talk about because I knew more about my ex-wife and kid's neurological disorder than they did. The internet gives us all the data and research we need. We just need to have the brain to be able to understand the information. The human body is not that difficult to learn about, or even fix, unless you have let it go past the point of no return, like what happened to my father. Doctor malpractice and misdiagnosis killed him. But they were supposed to be 'experts'. LOL Bullshit!
Majority of today's diseases and health issues all stem from lack of proper nutrition... Period. The problem is, these so called 'experts' do not practice nutrition as a solution or cure to anything. They only shove pills and expensive treatments down your throat so they can profit.
I just wish doctors would just get back to practicing health and wellness instead of pushing meds and unnecessary treatments. I understand they aren't all like that, but it's extremely hard to find one that isn't corrupt and actually cares about people and their health instead of just getting a paycheck.
Also note, my sister is an ER nurse, and a damn good one, but I have more knowledge about some things than she does, because she has asked my advice about things before. But she also says the same thing about most of the doctors out there as does my cousin who is a nurse practitioner, basically a doctor without the title. He says the insurance companies and pharma companies run EVERYTHING and they aren't allowed in many cases to actually address true health and nutrition, especially if they have a prescription quota to make.

In just two weeks, there’s the possibility of facing years behind bars due to the government's utilization of an AI tool in a group chat labeled “shitposting.”
This AI system assigned a 'toxicity score' to every message and deemed most as harmful. One of the messages attributed to me was: "Some cultures are inferior, backwards cultures that still practice Female Genital Mutilation, for example."
This message received a perfect score of 100 for toxicity, sexism, and racism. It's noteworthy that this was classified as sexist by the AI—something punishable under Belgian
law.
Most messages labeled as 'toxic' by the AI were misinterpreted. For instance, any mention of "an African" was marked as racist, and phrases like "leftist tears" received the highest toxicity level.
I (allegedly) quoted a black journalist who made a racist statement, but the AI misunderstood and wrongly attributed the quote to me, contributing to the total toxicity score that has led to a one-year prison sentence and a €16,000 fine.
Defending against this is virtually impossible, as the Public Prosecutor relies on the 'Total Toxicity Score' for evidence, rather than examining the quoted content in question.
The Public Prosecutor’s interpretation of 'shitposts' is also ridiculously broad: “Shitposts are intentionally insulting messages meant to provoke.”
An appeal is scheduled for next week.

Yesterday's workout was beast mode, but this morning's session was as Orangetheory Fitness forward as it can get. There was BOSU and TRX work, 25 stroke rows and a challenging tread block.
It was a strength template so that usually means inclines (%) on the tread blocks, and unlike when I mixed in some power walking with my running the last time we did this template because of the foot injury earlier this month; there was no need this time around because I'm back on track.

In my experience, the 'experts' are quacks too. I have fired more doctors than I care to talk about because I knew more about my ex-wife and kid's neurological disorder than they did. The internet gives us all the data and research we need. We just need to have the brain to be able to understand the information. The human body is not that difficult to learn about, or even fix, unless you have let it go past the point of no return, like what happened to my father. Doctor malpractice and misdiagnosis killed him. But they were supposed to be 'experts'. LOL Bullshit!
Majority of today's diseases and health issues all stem from lack of proper nutrition... Period. The problem is, these so called 'experts' do not practice nutrition as a solution or cure to anything. They only shove pills and expensive treatments down your throat so they can profit.
I also agree with you but not all the doctors are the same. If everyone were the same we don't need doctors but without doctors it's hard to imagine.
I just wish doctors would just get back to practicing health and wellness instead of pushing meds and unnecessary treatments. I understand they aren't all like that, but it's extremely hard to find one that isn't corrupt and actually cares about people and their health instead of just getting a paycheck.
Also note, my sister is an ER nurse, and a damn good one, but I have more knowledge about some things than she does, because she has asked my advice about things before. But she also says the same thing about most of the doctors out there as does my cousin who is a nurse practitioner, basically a doctor without the title. He says the insurance companies and pharma companies run EVERYTHING and they aren't allowed in many cases to actually address true health and nutrition, especially if they have a prescription quota to make.
Now I also only speak from the side of the gross medical industrial complex in the US, I can't speak for everywhere.
Frustration with quick schemes is understandable.
