Everyone is shocked to be honest and that showes the different way of thinking. I mean the old one, that wants to still eat and lead the old lifestyle and the new one that wants the change. This is how I see it and I'm not saying this to hurt anyone. Once you see you can survive Christmas even while on a diet, it's easier for you 😉
