I have recently started this process too, and I can fully agree with what you said here! Either way, I am shocked you began this before the Christmas holidays. That's brave!!

Everyone is shocked to be honest and that showes the different way of thinking. I mean the old one, that wants to still eat and lead the old lifestyle and the new one that wants the change. This is how I see it and I'm not saying this to hurt anyone. Once you see you can survive Christmas even while on a diet, it's easier for you 😉
