Getting out to get in shape

Due to the nature of my work, I sometimes find it hard to engage in exercise and keep fit.
Having being part of marathons and cross countries when I was in college and my early university days, I sometimes feel bad that I have left the
However, I and my friend have been trying very hard to change the narrative together.

We decided to start small, by running on weekends.
Perhaps we might be able to graduate from just weekends as time goes. But they say "little drops of water make a mighty ocean". So let's start it in bits.

So here we are this cold weekend morning jogging our way out of unfitness.

And yeah, we ran out of breath multiple times and had to take pauses.
We did just almost 4 km anyway. We hope to push beyond little by little.

I hope we'll be able to keep up the pace with time.
Work can be very strenuous and one can be so absorbed and not take care to be fit. I'll be trying all my possible best to avoid that.

Got this nice shot of the residential areas spread across the horizon from a hilly vantage point, while jogging. Couldn't resist the urge to take pause and get a picture.

It's cool that you created time for yourself and not just about work alone.
