That route is certainly a good one. Very, very pretty. Your average heart rate is 142. Is that considered low?

Yeah, heartbeat is still not that low. Normally the aim is 134-138 bpm. Had to jump over some pools of water and acceletated a few times. But most of the steady km I was around 136-138. So pretty content there!

On Cent, I used a couple of days of pool rewards to get the 20k.

130+ heart rate sounds high, but I guess with that level of activity, it's actually quite low 💯

Haha yeah , below 130 is considered recovery run / slow jog.

On Cent pools, I do have a big chunk - excluding the tribe and trade pools I think I have $7.5k in them. With trade and tribe closer to $11k
