Morning fitness session
It is not a regular practice to click pictures in this Aerial class I go, but sometimes I do request my instructor to click a few pictures for me. Daily fitness hour is very important for me, be it an Aerial session or just Yoga or even a half an hour walk, but something needs to be done. An active body will result into a healthy life and an active mind. As we age, it's important to keep moving and not become lethargic. If we keep pampering our body, then it will also act like that and become delicate. With age we need more strength in our body, especially our legs, and for that exercise is must. My hubby is lazy when it comes to physical fitness, I have to push him also to do it on a daily basis. A minimum of half an hour in any form is good as far as the body is actively moving.
Strength training is very good because it builds up on the muscle mass and it reduces the body fat. Along with right diet, a healthy lifestyle and exercise one can have a healthy body.
This was a regular session, just some normal yoga poses, but they do help in building up strength. I do enjoy my normal Yoga also, but what I see is that Aerial helps me build more strength specially in my legs and arms and even works very well on my Core.

When I do any form of fitness rather then getting tired I feel energetic, body feels active and my mind also works better. Aerial works on almost every part of my body. I enjoy doing the inversions most over here. Some times when the session gets very intense then I do have some aches and pains also but then once the pain subsides I feel strong and confident.

Taking good care of our avatar aka physical body is crucial in this high-density realm. You can't just pop a pill, eat crappy foods, stare into a screen and expect to be blissfully happy. I love to hit the gym 2-3 times a week plus I love to walk; but nothing tops my favorite sport: scuba diving 😍
I know you love gym and scuba diving too and it's great because as we get older, it helps a lot. Building up muscle mass and strength is very helpful for old age. People do not realize these things, but they need to start working on their physical body for their old age right from their 20s.
Yesterday we went for Scuba diving again, I did not do it, my son wanted to do it, so we made a day plan to the Island.
That is why ,a fitty women never becomes old ..

I also prefer to do at least 30 minutes of active work on the body every day. You must've been practicing this session for a long time as you look comfortable on making the poses. Feeling energetic after training is a fulfilling after effect.
That's nice, you need to work on your body right from your younger days then only when you get old you will see how beneficial it is for you.
Exactly, I think when we're young is the best time to develop the body so that it can be more durable during old age.

Your exercise is very good because it keeps the body fit.You do exercise daily, once a week or once a month.
Exercise is a part daily fitness and i am much motivated after seeing you doing it!
