Weekly-ish Running Update... spot the difference!

So not so many runs but it has been holiday season and that's OK because I've done enough... 4 runs in the last 12 days or thereabouts...

Split between Hereford and London...

Sat 26th July 5K

The morning before we went on holiday! Check the pace, quite happy with that....

Thursday 31st July 5K, same as the last 5K!!!

The morning after I got back from holiday, THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS RUN, you couldn't plan for that!

Saturday 2nd August: London 10K

I'm pretty happy with the pace for this hilly 10K around CP, just after the Park Run, may have to start those up again sometime soon!

Tuesday 4th August: London 6k

And OK, a little slower than my previous 5K, but this is a little hillier and those take it out of you...

Next week's plans...

I am happy enough with the pace of these runs, for sure, I'm gonna try and get a few runs in early next week, one later in the week as we're on another short holiday, in Gower for the second time in a month, it's great there... and that i think will do me - so FOUR runs is the aim for next week!

Wish me luck!

Crystal Palace Park, you run in beautiful places. And 10 km is quite a lot. I like to walk leisurely 5-7 km, with my weight I think this is the best option.

Some nice runs. That consistency is impressive. I'd like to do four runs each week, but it doesn't always work out.

I do aim four 4 a week, this was more like 4 in a fortnight, but other stuff going on! Should do better this coming week!

It's great that you can still power through and maintain your speed, especially on those hills.

Yes I'm pretty happy with the hills pace! The downhills help OFC...
