[ENG/DEU] Anniversary! CryptoCompany Is 3 Years Old Today! Thank You! You Made It Possible! Let's Rock On!

I've already written a loooong article, but it's unreasonable for you to read it. It would be soooo long - even in just one language. And since I publish in English and German... I already have experience with overly long articles and it wouldn't have been technically publishable anyway, as the Hive Blockchain only allows a maximum character length in articles. Anyway, I'll limit myself to the essential elements I want to say.

Ich habe bereits einen laaaangen Artikel geschrieben, aber es ist Dir unzumutbar, diesen zu lesen. Er wäre soooo lang - schon in nur einer Sprache. Und da ich Englisch und Deutsch veröffentliche... Ich habe bereits Erfahrung mit zu langen Artikeln und er wäre eh nicht technisch zu veröffentlichen gewesen, da die Hive Blockchain in Artikeln nur eine maximale Zeichenlänge ermöglicht. Wie dem auch sei, dann beschränke ich mich auf die wesentlichen Elemente, welche ich sagen möchte.

Above all: Gratitude!

You know it, because I say it often: our CryptoCompany is only where it is today because of you. Despite all the “suboptimal” things that CryptoCompany has had to face so far, I think I can say that we have made successful progress in the last 3 years. A period in which many other projects have already been canceled or failed. We - we as a community - have pulled through! And I am actually grateful for that day after day. To an extent that I cannot put into words. Each sentence cannot express the gratitude I feel... but I would like to say it once again:

Thank you that we are walking this path together! Thank you for everything in the past, thank you for the present and thank you that we are looking to the future together!

Kommen wir zum eigentlichen Artikel heute:

Über Allem: Dankbarkeit!

Ihr wisst es, denn ich sage es oft: unsere CryptCompany ist nur dort wo sie heute ist, durch Dich und Euch. Bei allen "suboptimalen" Dingen, denen CryptoCompany bisher begegnen musste, glaube ich behaupten zu können, das wir bisher einen erfolgreichen Fortschritt in den letzten 3 Jahren gegangen sind. Ein Zeitraum, in dem viele andere Projekte bereits abgebrochen wurden oder gescheitert sind. Wir - wir als Gemeinschat - haben durchgezogen! Und dafür bin ich tatsächlich Tag für Tag dankbar. In einem Ausmaß, das ich dies nicht in Worte fassen kann. Jeder Satz kann nicht wiedergeben, welch Dankbarkeit mir inne ist... aber ich möchte es final nochmals sagen:

Danke, das wir diesen Weg gemeinsam gehen! Danke für alles Vergangene, danke für die Gegenwart und Dankbarkeit, dass wir gemeinsam in die Zukunft blicken!

A brief look back

The past 3 years were not always easy, sometimes even very stressful or even made me ill several times because I couldn't get away from my desk. Difficult not only for me, but also sometimes for you and other companions. In the meantime, however, we have reached a point where CryptoCompany is not only profitable for its users, but is also slowly becoming sustainable for itself. Of course, we still don't have the budget we need to manage all the construction sites with optimum manpower. But the developments of the last few weeks and months give us every reason to be confident that we will experience further growth.

Ein kleiner Blick zurück

Die bisherigen 3 Jahre waren nicht immer leicht, teilweise sogar sehr belastend oder haben mich sogar mehrmals krank gemacht, da ich vom Schreibtisch nicht weggekommen bin. Schwer aber nicht nur für mich, sondern bestimmt auch manchmal für Dich und andere Wegbegleiter. Mittlerweile sind wir jedoch an einem Punkt angekommen, an welchem CryptoCompany nicht nur für seine Nutzer rentabel ist, sonder auch für sich selbst langsam tragfähig wird. Sicher, es mangelt immernoch an dem Wunschbudget, um alle Baustellen mit optimaler Manpower bewerkstelligen zu können. Aber die Entwicklungen der letzten Wochen und Monate dürfen uns begründet zuversichtlich machen, dass wir weiteres Wachstum erfahren dürfen.

But more importantly: the future!

There are more partnerships in the pipeline, new features are in development or awaiting release, as well as new use cases for the CCD token. CryptoCompany is also getting more and more attention from new Hivians.

Of course, all these positive developments are being taken up by me - and by many supporting Hivians - in order to create the foundation for further growth. This brings us back to the point of gratitude.

CryptoCompany is gradually developing into a valuable point of contact with more and more valuable offers and services to serve Hivians and work on its sustainability. This is extremely important because it creates the financial foundation for further developments. Also for developments that many of us are waiting for...

Viel wichtiger aber: die Zukunft!

Es sind weitere Partnerschaften in der Pipeline, neue Funktionen sind in der Entwicklung oder warten auf Veröffentlichung, ebenso wie neue Anwendungsfälle für den CCD Token. Zudem bekommt CryptoCompany mehr und mehr Aufmerksamkeit von neuen Hivians.

Selbstverständlich werden all diese positiven Entwicklungen von mir - und auch von vielen unterstützenden Hivians - aufgegriffen, um daraus das Fundament für weiteres Wachstum zu erschaffen. Auch hier wären wir wieder beim Punkt der Dankbarkeit.

CryptoCompany entwickelt sich nach und nach zu einem wertvollen Anlaufpunkt mit immer mehr wertvollen Angeboten und Dienstleistungen, um Hivians zu dienen und an seiner Tragfähigkeit zu arbeiten. Dies ist extrem wichtig, denn es erschafft das finanzielle Fundament für weiter Entwicklungen. Auch für Entwicklungen, auf welche viele von uns warten...

However, I don't want to hide the fact that not everything has gone as hoped so far. For example, we are still waiting for the main game “CryptoCompany CEO”. Yes, there are also other challenges that need to be overcome. Be it financially to provide the (not exactly cheap) multiplayer servers, but also to finance the maintenance of them. And even though I'm constantly working on the main game, we still face hurdles that I can't currently shoulder, especially financially. Apart from the time required for maintenance - because as soon as this “product” is published, it has to be maintained and supported and constantly expanded with updates. Not to mention manpower for continuous further development or in the event of a worst-case scenario, but also to monitor and prevent these.

Yes, we and I still face huge challenges. As great as they may be, the joy of being able to grow with them is just as great. Me personally, but also the joy of your growth and our community as a whole. And indeed, the joy is constantly growing as we make steady progress along the way.

Ich möchte aber nicht verschweigen, dass bisher nicht alle Dinge so gelaufen sind, wie erhofft. Beispielsweise erwarten wir immernoch das Hauptspiel "CryptoCompany CEO". Ja, auch damit sind weitere Herausforderungen verbunden, welche bewältigt werden müssen. Seien es finanzielle zur Bereitstellung der (nicht gerade billigen) Multiplayer-Server, aber auch die Finanzierung der Pflege dessen. Und auch wenn ich konstant am Hauptspiel weiterentwickele, stehen wir noch vor Hürden, die ich aktuell, insbesondere finanziell, nicht schultern kann. Vom Zeitaufwand für die Pflege und Wartung abgesehen - denn sobald dieses "Produkt" veröffentlich ist, muss es gepflegt und mit Support unterstützt und konstant mit Updates erweitert werden. Mal ganz von Manpower abgesehen, für stetige Weiterentwicklung oder falls ein Worst-Case eintritt, aber auch um diese zu überwachen und vorzubeugen.

Ja, ich und wir stehen noch vor gewaltigen Herausforderungen. So groß sie auch sein mögen, so groß ist aber auch die Freude, daran wachsen zu können. Ich persönlich, aber auch Freude an deinem Wachstum und unserer Gemeinschaft als ganzes. Und tatsächlich wächst die Freude stetig, da wir auf dem Weg dahin, stetig vorankommen.

We, the community around CryptoCompany, are not the largest community on the Hive Blockchain, but in my perception certainly one of the best when it comes to the benefits for its members.

And this is exactly my mission. Not just for the next 3 years, but beyond. Yes, we are facing great potential and we are on the threshold that CryptoCompany, and the work on it, can sustain itself financially and obtain funds in the medium term to be able to grow in terms of personnel as well. The current situation is a milestone, which is extremely important. And I am delighted to be able to make the best of it.

The current developments are great and we can look forward to them! Not only to the next 3 years, but also to the next 3 months, 3 weeks and even the next 3 days!

Your CryptoCompany is growing and growing, serving you more and more. Thank you for that! My joy and gratitude for every step is indescribable.

Wir, die Gemeinschaft um CryptoCompany, sind nicht die größte Gemeinschaft auf der Hive Blockchain, aber in meiner Wahrnehmung gewiss eine der Besten, wenn es um den Nutzen für seine Mitglieder geht.

Und genau dies ist mein Auftrag. Nicht nur für die nächsten 3 Jahre, sondern darüber hinaus. Ja, wir stehen vor großem Potenzial und wir sind auf der Schwelle, dass CryptoCompany, und die Arbeit daran, sich finanziell tragen kann und mittelfristig Mittel erlangt, um auch personell wachsen zu können. Die aktuelle Situation ist ein Meilenstein, welcher extrem wichtig ist. Und ich freue mich, das Beste daraus machen zu dürfen.

Die aktuellen Entwicklungen sind großartig und wir dürfen uns freuen! Nicht nur auf die nächsten 3 Jahre, sondern auch auf die nächsten 3 Monate, 3 Wochen und sogar auf die nächsten 3 Tage!

Deine CryptoCompany wächst und wächst, dient Dir mehr und mehr. Ich danke Dir dafür! Meine Freude und Dankbarkeit für jeden Schritt ist unbeschreiblich.
