Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Kpop Dance Fitness & My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2023

As I reflect on the events of my workday, my mind amusingly takes an unexpected detour, my lunch! LOL. Yes, for today's lunch, I had the delectable duo of double "M" – a plate of mouthwatering meatballs alongside a generous serving of creamy mashed potatoes. It was superb! 😋

Before going home, I spent two hours dancing to K-pop songs at the fitness studio. It's always a fun and sweaty workout, and today was no different.

Our K-pop instructor had something special for us – a new dance routine to a cool song called "Chili" by Hwasa. I really liked the song and the dance moves. These kinds of surprises in our dance classes make them so enjoyable! 😄🕺💃
