Fitness log - Day #9 Weigh Day Progress :)

Log - Tuesday, 25 November
Day 9. We are going strong with step goals. Meeting daily targets and some. It was blazing hot today, and I didn't have time for a workout. I met my step goal without trying today. Was busy with work and home tasks.
Stress levels were quite high again. 45! I need to look into managing better. This was not my average before i had kid number 2. Is this the new norm?
Nonetheless, I did my weigh-in today, and we see progress! With only 3 workouts and meeting my step target of at least 5000 steps every day, I managed to lose 0.8kgs! That's pretty decent. I haven't changed my diet drastically, but I have made some healthier choices at times. Drinking lots more water and trying not to overindulge. I'm sure the breastfeeding is also helping with the drop. Will try to do even better over the next week. See stats to follow.

Nice Progress and I hope you keep up the daily blog report as I'm always checking in how you are doing even though I don't always comment.
If you ever need a new trick to track weight loss, something that helped and works motivating for me is to weigh in daily and calculate your average 10-day weight, that eliminates the day-to-day swings and it is very much possible to get the average down day after day which boost motivation. Doing a weekly weigh in is also an option.

@mimismartypants Awwww this post has expired! Please post more! What a really enjoyable read. And you are so down to earth and real! I am also getting ready to get back on the heath train after the wheels fell off the wagon and I went rolling down the hill and I am now hypothetically standing here and with twigs in my hair (not hypothetically) with 10 donuts in my hand (hypothetically but fuck that sounds good), fantasizing about trifle (not hypothetical), 20 kgs heavier (really not hypothetical. It's been a rough year!
