Also, this is LEO 2 (deflationary), no more inflationary or minting of token for distribution. It has a new mechanism of LEO distributed to its users and so the premium payment goes into it and other stuff for the growth of the project.
The Leo premium subscription is for its extra features and not exactly for the upvotes. It is like X that makes one's content more visible to others. The non-premium members are not left out.
The threads that were downvoted, not all belonged to premium members at that time. So it isn't any form of vote buying.
If you can get votes by paying that you couldn't get by not paying I think the argument can be made for vote buying regardless of whether or not there is additional curation involved (my understanding is leo.voter only votes for subscribers?) though I am aware that Leo isn't the only one that does this. The other possibility is over-rewarding. If it is perceived that posts, particularly short form posts, are being over-rewarded then that could trigger downvotes (that is the number one reason downvotes exist in the first place...disagreement with rewards). I could be wrong, but I doubt the downvotes are just to be mean. I do think when this kind of downvoting happens that whoever is doing it should chime in on why. I don't know if that has happened.

I'm on yearly premium and if you check my last three blog posts (excluding the DBuzz posts) made through INLEO, I wasn't upvoted by INLEO's curation account.
Also, this is LEO 2 (deflationary), no more inflationary or minting of token for distribution. It has a new mechanism of LEO distributed to its users and so the premium payment goes into it and other stuff for the growth of the project.
The Leo premium subscription is for its extra features and not exactly for the upvotes. It is like X that makes one's content more visible to others. The non-premium members are not left out.
The threads that were downvoted, not all belonged to premium members at that time. So it isn't any form of vote buying.
If you can get votes by paying that you couldn't get by not paying I think the argument can be made for vote buying regardless of whether or not there is additional curation involved (my understanding is leo.voter only votes for subscribers?) though I am aware that Leo isn't the only one that does this. The other possibility is over-rewarding. If you game theory the most ideal situation, LEO would head back to $0.01, LeoStrategy and POL would soak up 90% of the supply and permanently lock it and then we would skyrocket to $1,000 because there'd be almost no LEO left out in the circulating supply

The TLDR; is that you'd be able to swap USDC for SURGE at a predefined presale price (similar to how its working on Hive-Engine).
We would post all SURGE currently outstanding for sale (~407,000 SURGE) on this LP. This would move the presale from Hive-Engine to Base
The only worry we have is that the SURGE presale will likely sell out super quickly. This would end up with a lot of SURGE held by a few whales (there are many whales on Base) and the Lions of $LEO would have to act quickly to even get a small slice of it

I'm fine with opening it up to Base, but I think you should do a countdown of some sort leading up to it. In other words, let Lions know that it is happening on 9/23 or 9/11 or whatever. Give people one last chance to gather some funds to make sure they get what they want/can. Just my opinion.

Been watching MSTR for a while, and this week feels different. News is buzzing that they've finally met all the criteria to get listed on the S&P 500. The decision could apparently come down this Friday.
It's pretty wild to think a company that basically went all in on a Bitcoin strategy could join such a mainstream index. If it happens, imagine the exposure. All those index funds would have to start buying their stock. It feels like another huge step for bringing crypto into the traditional finance world, moving it from a fringe asset to something undeniable.
Still not convinced 100% but at least some one is using market methods to push $BTC

On a single exchange it only works if your fees are tiny and execution is fast, because spreads vanish once you add maker/taker costs, slippage, min size, and you're racing bots. On DEXs gas and MEV hurt too unless you're on a cheap L2 with a private RPC, so are you coding a bot or trying to click it by hand?

To be honest, I will like them to move to Base quickly and get those whales to bring in the capital to keep Leo from dipping further. Majority of Lions are always out of funds investing in LSTR and only buying surge bit by bit. So, the idea thing will be to move to Base now and only leave some on H.E to enable Lions who are waiting for funds to come to get some more.
