Debt. It's similar wo when investors by stocks on margin and then the margin call is made. When that hapens, the invedtor has to pay up. If necessary, that investor has to liquidate assets to pay that margin call. Same with Bitcoin.
Whether you own Bitcoin, precious metals, precious gems, real estate, collectibles, or anything else of value, when debt arrives it has to be paid. Then it's a matter of finding the least painful and stressful way to pay down that debt.
The hope is that what a person loses in liquidating assets can be recovered by L8R acquiring other assets whose value == that of the liquidated assets. With BTC becoming ++expensive each week, maybe stacking LTC can work out better later.

What compels an adult to part with their bitcoin holdings?
Debt. It's similar wo when investors by stocks on margin and then the margin call is made. When that hapens, the invedtor has to pay up. If necessary, that investor has to liquidate assets to pay that margin call. Same with Bitcoin.
Makes sense. Debt can force your hand, just like with stocks. Gotta cover those calls somehow, even if it means letting go of your BTC.
Whether you own Bitcoin, precious metals, precious gems, real estate, collectibles, or anything else of value, when debt arrives it has to be paid. Then it's a matter of finding the least painful and stressful way to pay down that debt.
Yeah, debt’s a real pressure cooker. You’ve gotta prioritize what to sell off, and sometimes BTC or other assets take the hit just to ease the stress.
The hope is that what a person loses in liquidating assets can be recovered by L8R acquiring other assets whose value == that of the liquidated assets. With BTC becoming ++expensive each week, maybe stacking LTC can work out better later.
Totally, stacking LTC could be a smart move if BTC keeps climbing. Gotta play the long game and hope those later gains make up for any losses now.
For some reason, Litecoin (LTC) doesn't get the love (or lust) that Bitcoin (BTC) has, yet it's almost a clone of BTC. it's MAX is only 4x that of BTC, and it's mining algorithm allows it to be mined concurrently with Dogecoin.
That's true, LTC doesn't get the same hype as BTC despite being so similar. The 4x max supply and mining with Dogecoin are solid perks though. Maybe it's just less flashy to most folks
I agree. It's for those reasons that I think, over the long term and regardless of fundamentals, LTC may be a big winner. LTC also easier to acquire than BTC thanks to its low profile.

When I read submissions like this, it reminds me of the vision of the Leo team and the audacity to build what will last not just for the LEO users but the entire crypto ecosystem. I am proud of this team already before $LEO reaches a Billion Market cap.
I think they will do well over the next year but do be careful. The team have a habit of setting these huge expectations that they don't always live up.
I have a big stake in leo and lstr but don't always believe the hype. Step back and evaluate from a purely investing mindset.
