Estrenando mi regalo Navideño
The New Year's Eve and Christmas party was very good but Santa Claus left a gift to counteract the calories during the holiday season.
These weights that I released today was one of the gifts that my family gave me, one of my favorites because I go for a walk every day more than 10 km and I felt that I needed some exercise for arms, chest, back and with these weights my routine will be very complete.

La fiesta de noche buena y la navidad estubieron muy buenas pero Santa Claus me dejó un regalo para contrarrestar calorías en estas fiesta decembrinas.
Estás pesas que estrené el día de hoy fue uno de los regalos que me dió mi familia, uno de mis favoritos pues salgo a caminar todos los días más de 10 km y ya sentía q necesitaba algo se ejercicio para brazos, pecho, espalda y con estás pesas mi rutina quedará completísima.
