How Going to the Gym Would Improve your Relationship with Food

avatar

There are a lot of people who have money who feel like it is overrated. They don't have a lot of appetite and simple pleasurable things don't excite them anymore. Especially food.

A lot of them have been wondering and hating on life, like how could it be these foods that used to drive me crazy when I was younger and broker no longer really do it for me now that I have all the money to buy as much of them as I want.

A lot them just eat and keep eating and find themselves ganing massive weight so some guilt becomes involved when they eat. They can no longer get as much pleasure from eating, because of this guilt telling them "you shouldn't be eating this much, you're ruining your life."

In general it is normal for abundance to feel boring to most people. But as it relates to abundance of food, there is a great hack, and it is going to the gym!

The Process

Going to the gym and building muscles would make you a hungry insatiable machine!

It's a scientifically proven fact that as one gets older their metabolism slows down. Which in simpler terms means the body doesn't digest food as efficiently as it used to. The body doesn't breakdown food as quickly and it stores more food as fat rather than utilizing them.

This makes you feel fuller, get fatter, and have a lesser appetite.

Working out and building muscle speeds up your metabolism and makes it way more efficient. Which means you wouldn't feel full, you wouldn't get fatter, and you would have more appetite.

Coupled with the fact that building and maintaining muscles require a lot of food. So, building muscles would turn you into a food guzzling machine. You'd be so frequently hungry, have a crazy appetite and you would enjoy food way more.

The pleasure the taste of food gives you would just be more mesmerizing and it is 100% natural and healthy! (A lot of people have to smoke/take certain unhealthy substances to get this feeling). Plus you wouldn't be getting fat and feeling guilty, but muscular, toned and more respected.

You would no longer feel like life is unfair, that life made you crave for food when you were broke but now that you're rich the food is just meh 😕.

Eating food would become more of a fun activity to you, it wouldn't feel boring. The same way you probably get excited about partying, drinking, smoking, going out, watching entertainment, etc you would also feel a degree of that excitement about food.

And this is just super, because with this extra excitement in your life over something so basic and healthy you would have more of the ability to kick out some of the old unhealthy things you did in the past for excitement.

Go About it Like This

You have to do excercises that build muscles and not just cardio and jumps. And like I always say, being a woman doesn't mean you can't build muscles, it just means you shouldn't build the same muscles men build.

Don't try to get broad shoulders and huge biceps and arms, focus on your abdomen and your legs and butt. There are so many excercises to build those.

As for men, they can go crazy and build every single muscle on their bodies. Enjoy.
