Update on My YouTube Journey

Too many people are making millions off of YouTube and other social media by just posting and I gotta be one of them 😁. Doing what I love go do of course which is creating something.

I love to create: jokes, stories, drawings, anything! Anything artistic, interesting or mind-blowing that's where you'd find me aiming at.

But at the same time I gotta get paid for it because a man has to survive and passion goes out the window when there's poverty and starvation.

Okay, now you get why I'm trying to make things happen on YouTube and other social media.

I created a channel way back in 2017 so I can post videos, copy the link and show it on Hive. This was before threespeak. After posting about three or so videos and showing em on Hive I stopped and didn't post again till last year.

After the first two videos the next one did 500+ views on YouTube and I couldn't believe my eyes. I had only two subscribers! Two and I'm getting 500+ views?

That was me witnessing firsthand what the algorithm can do for a person when it decides to favour you.

So started posting more videos of myse working out and stuff and I kept getting 500+ views.

I quickly decided I should rekindle my cartoon Skit making dreams. I did and created a new page for it but the views were so low and discouraging, so I've decided to turn my personal page that gets 500+ views to the official page of the cartoons.

And this was a good decision because the first cartoon video I posted on this page has gotten 500+ views too! And how I know my audience watched it is it's got more likes than all my previous workout videos that used to have 500+ views too. 🌚🌚
