Hello everyone in this beautiful community I wish you a nice and happy Sunday, today I bring you to share a delicious soup that I made at my mom's house, since I had gone to spend the weekend at her house because she was a little broken which I accompanied her all weekend she was feeling a little bad and with little appetite which I was doing several things for her to eat and keep something in the stomach so today Sunday along with my brother we decided to make her a nice soup with her favorite vegetables such as white octopus and potato so she could eat something and she would have some left for the next day.

Hola a todos por esta linda comunidad les deseo un lindo y feliz domingo hoy les traigo para compartir una rica sopa que hice en casa de mi mamá, ya que me había ido a pasar el fin de semana en su casa porque ella estaba un poco quebrantada lo cual la acompañe todo el fin de semana ella se sentía un poco mal y con poco apetito lo cual le estuve haciendo varias cosas para que comiera y mantuviera algo en el estómago así que hoy domingo junto con mi hermano decidimos en hacerle una rica sopa con sus verduras favoritas como lo es el ocumo blanco y la papa para que pudiese comer algo y le quedara para el día siguiente

So we bought some vegetables and some meat for soup and he brought me some chicken giblets which we added and accompanied it with some delicious arepas. So he started to make the soup at almost 1 pm, softening the meat and, once it was ready, I added the vegetables and the chicken giblets and added the magic flavor of all soup to finish cooking it, making it very rich and with a lot of flavor that my mom loved and ate as she had not eaten it for days. Así que compramos unas verduras y un poco de carne para sopa y él me llevó unas menudencias de pollo el cual se la agregamos y la acompañamos de unas ricas arepas. Así que empezó a hacer la sopa ya casi la 1 pm, poniendo ablandar la carne y, una vez que estuvo lista, le agregué la verdura y las menudencias del pollo le agregue el sabor mágico de toda sopa para que se culminara de cocinar quedando muy rica y con mucho sabor que mi mama le encanto que comió como tenía días que no lo hacía.
