HOW TO MAKE AUTHENTIC NIGERIAN-STYLE SPICY NATIVE NOODLES WITH PALM OIL

In this post I will be sharing with you how to make spicy native noodles. The important ingredient in this recipe that makes it 'native' is palm oil. Palm oil have a way of giving you that native vibe in your meal and that is why as Nigerians and Africans we use it in our soups to give us that traditional native taste. From the aroma to the taste, this native noodles is what you should give a try.

Ingredients

• 5 packs of Indomie noodles
  

• 3 scotch bonnet peppers
  

• 5 fresh tomatoes

• 1 onion
  

• 2 tsp palm oil

• Noodles seasoning

Step by Step

• Start by washing your scotch bonnet peppers, tomatoes and onion. Then slice them into your desired sizes and set aside.
  

• Next, in a pot on medium heat add some palm oil and allow it to heat up.
  

• Next, add your sliced onions and stir for some seconds before adding your tomatoes and pepper.
  

• Let it cook together for about 5 minutes and remember to stir at intervals to prevent it from burning.
  

• Next, as it is cooking add the seasoning from the Indomie noodles and mix all together.
  

• Next, add your noodles into the pot to cook. You can add some water to allow it cook well. Don't add too much water so that it won't get too soft.
  

• Put off the heat when the noodles is fully done.
