Me declaró la fanática número uno del yogurt Jajaja, sin duda alguna que es un alimento que me gusta demasiado; en la presentación que venga, de la forma que se prepare a mí me gusta; natural con mermeladas de frutas, en batidos con frutas, en diversas recetas como galletas, pasteles; de la forma que sea es uno de mis alimentos favoritos, por no decir el favorito🫣

En el pueblo donde vivo se consigue bastante costoso, así que, desde hace un tiempo para acá aprendí a prepararlo, lo hago yo misma en casa usando leche líquida; esta es una zona ganadera y, tenemos la dicha de que se consigue la leche de vaca fresca a precios accesibles; entonces aprendí a preparar el yogurt de leche líquida pronto; les compartiré por acá la receta.
El día de ayer preparé una mermelada de durazno y serví una copa de yogurt con esta mermelada para una merienda familiar en la tarde; realmente lo disfruté mucho junto a mi esposo y mis hijos; que también les encanta.
El yogurt va perfecto con cualquier fruta, la que te guste, la que se te ocurra; el yogurt combina perfecto 😋
Les muestro la preparación de mi deliciosa merienda de la tarde de ayer:

Yesterday I made a peach jam and served a cup of yogurt with this jam for a family afternoon snack; I really enjoyed it with my husband and kids; they love it too.
Yogurt goes perfect with any fruit, whatever you like, whatever you can think of; yogurt goes perfect 😋

Mermelada de durazno 🍑
Natural yoghurt
Peach jam 🍑
Ya el yogurt estaba preparado de el día anterior; así que, solo preparé la mermelada; para ello lavé muy bien los duraznos 🍑 retiré la cáscara y tomé la mitad.
Tenía seis duraznos, así que, tomé tres y lo partí en finos cuadritos, los otros tres los licué con un poco de agua llevé a una olla y mezclé los cuadritos con el jugo de durazno e incorporé el azúcar y cociné A fuego lento hasta que se nota que los trocitos de durazno estén cocidos retire del fuego y dejé reposar la mermelada.

I had six peaches, so, I took three and cut them into fine squares, the other three I blended them with a little water, took them to a pot and mixed the squares with the peach juice and incorporated the sugar and cooked over low heat until you can see that the peach pieces are cooked, remove from the heat and let the jam rest.
Cuando la mermelada hubo reposado y ya estuvo fría; tomé una copa 🍸 coloqué primero un poco de mermelada, luego añadí el yogur natural y por encima agregué otro poco de mermelada para hacerlo más colorido ,más vistoso, más provocativo Jajaja.

Ahora solo resta mezclar la mermelada con el yogurt, ya que no se añade azúcar; el dulzor va a prevenir solo de la mermelada; y disfrutar este delicioso postre.
Puedes prepararlos con mermelada de fresa 🍓 de piña 🍍 de parchita ,de pasas de lo que más te guste y el resultado va a ser Igualmente delicioso 😋
