Not Getting a Vote from HiveBR? Pt. 2 | See Practical Examples

As promised in the previous video, where I explained the rules of HiveBR Proposal 18, now it's time to see the theory in practice. Many people are unsure about how the percentage of votes for our curation is calculated, so in this video I take real examples of posts that received votes from @hivebr.voter and detail how each criterion – KE ratio, delegation, HBR stake, verification, etc. – added (or not) points to reach the final percentage. Let's demystify this math together.

I go through very different cases to illustrate the rules: I start with @ricestrela, from Portugal, showing how even with a high KE ratio and a lot of external delegation, he still gets a good score (+ 50%) by not powering down and by other criteria. Then I analyze @jaopalas, a case of someone who still doesn't delegate much or has little HBR stake, but who with good practices and verification already reaches 40%. I also show our moderators @michupa and @shiftrox – see how they get very close to 100%, but due to details (like the HBR stake in the case of Shiftrox) they don't reach the maximum goal.

The case of @wiseagent is interesting: even though he posts several times a day, he only receives one vote (due to the 1 vote per day rule), but I explain how his good practices (low KE, no power down, high delegation to HiveBR) guarantee an excellent score in this single vote! And we have @chinay04, an incredible example of someone from outside who embraced the community, posts in Portuguese and is already climbing the score – all that's missing is verification, and I take the opportunity to explain how our "softer" process works via Discord, focused on getting to know the person and avoiding alt accounts, without requiring documents (the famous KYC verification).

Of course, I couldn't leave out my own account, you have to teach and set an example. I'll show you a post of mine that reached 100% of the votes and detail each point: my favorable KE ratio, my delegation focused on HiveBR (I explain why the "delegated percentage" appears as zero), the maximum HBR stake of 200 for the full bonus, verification, following the trail and being a moderator. This is proof that following good practices and supporting the community really does lead to maximum votes.

The main objective here is to make everything clear and show that HiveBR's curation is not random, it follows criteria that are well defined in Proposal 18. I would like to emphasize that using the #hivebr tag without posting in Portuguese, or being an alt account trying to "farm", does not guarantee votes.

Como prometido no vídeo anterior, onde expliquei as regras da Proposta 18 da HiveBR, agora é hora de ver a teoria na prática. Muita gente fica na dúvida de como o percentual de voto da nossa curadoria é calculado, então neste vídeo eu pego exemplos reais de posts que receberam votos da @hivebr.voter e detalho como cada critério – KE ratio, delegação, HBR stake, verificação, etc. – somou (ou não) pontos para chegar ao percentual final. Vamos desmistificar essa matemática juntos.

Passo por casos bem diferentes para ilustrar as regras: começo com o @ricestrela, lá de Portugal, mostrando como mesmo com um KE ratio alto e bastante delegação externa, ele ainda consegue uma boa pontuação (+ de 50%) por não fazer power down e por outros critérios. Depois analiso o @jaopalas, um caso de quem ainda não delega muito ou tem pouco HBR stake, mas que com as boas práticas e a verificação já alcança 40%. Também mostro nossos moderadores @michupa e @shiftrox – veja como eles chegam bem perto dos 100%, mas por detalhes (como o HBR stake no caso do Shiftrox) não batem a meta máxima.

O caso do @wiseagent é interessante: mesmo postando várias vezes ao dia, só recebe um voto (devido à regra de 1 voto por dia), mas explico como as boas práticas dele (KE baixo, não fazer power down, alta delegação para a HiveBR) garantem uma excelente pontuação nesse único voto! E temos o @chinay04, um exemplo incrível de alguém de fora que abraçou a comunidade, posta em português e já está subindo na pontuação – só falta a verificação, e aproveito para explicar como funciona nosso processo mais "soft" via Discord, focado em conhecer a pessoa e evitar alt accounts, sem exigir documentos (a famosa verificação KYC).

Claro, não podia deixar de fora minha própria conta, tem que ensinar e dar o exemplo. Mostro um post meu que atingiu os 100% de voto e detalho cada ponto: meu KE ratio favorável, minha delegação focada na HiveBR (explico por que a "porcentagem delegada" aparece como zero), o HBR stake no máximo de 200 para o bônus completo, a verificação, seguir a trilha e ser moderador. É a prova de que seguir as boas práticas e apoiar a comunidade realmente leva ao voto máximo.

O objetivo principal aqui é deixar tudo às claras e mostrar que a curadoria da HiveBR não é aleatória, ela segue critérios bem definidos na Proposta 18. Reforço que usar a tag #hivebr sem postar em português, ou ser uma alt account tentando "farmar", não garante voto.
