Thanks for sharing your experience and advices 😘. Thanks to the gym, my period last 3 days (yes, I work out while I have my period), but I still feel a lot of pain the first 2 days 😢. I'll definitely try the garlic, I want to stop taking pills, I know it's not good for my body. Greetings and blessings ❤️!!
