Pero como les dije es de agradable sabor y también más que todo la compré para hacer salsas sé que muchas personas como yo prefieren las mayonesas tradicionales que han privado durante toda su vida, pero esta es una gran opción a la hora de preparar cremas y tener algún evento que amerita gran cantidad de mayonesa yo de mi parte la recomiendo es buena y tiene una muy buena consistencia y sabor en su momento hice crema de ajo, guasacaca y una de berenjena y ese toque de mayonesa me las dejo con el sabor y la consistencia ideal.
