WEEKEND SOCCER VIBES

Happy weekend Actifit Family! It another time of the week to stretch my legs . My favorite day of the week is finally here. Yeah right ! I'm always looking forward to every Saturday morning just because I get to play soccer with my guys. I keep fit and stay active by doing this and trust me when I say its always therapeutic.

I usually hit the football field once I'm done with my routine physical fitness exercises. They include push-ups situps and lifting of dumbbells. Once I get to the field I jog round it for about 10 minutes. This helps to get my body in ready for the incoming intense football actions.

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This happens to be fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for.

After the teams are set, the real fun begins! We dive into the game with so much enthusiasm, giving it our all with every pass, dribble, and shot. It’s not just about winning; it’s about enjoying the moment, pushing my limits, and bonding with my friends. The energy on the field is contagious, and I always come home feeling energized and refreshed.

As I wrap up and head back home, I feel a great sense of accomplishment. It’s amazing how a simple activity like playing soccer can boost my mood, improve my health, and strengthen my friendships. Looking forward to next Saturday already! Remember, staying active is the key to a happy and healthy life. Have a fantastic weekend, everyone!
