THANK GOD IT'S SATURDAY (TGIS)
What's my weekend without play football? Absolutely boring ! Yeah right guys , it's another beautiful morning to play some good football with my good friends.
Saturday mornings for me is for playing football. This way I keep fit by exercising my body particularly stretching my legs .
I usually hit the football field once I'm done with my routine physical fitness exercises. They include sit-ups, push-ups and lifting of dumbbells.
I usually jog round the field for about 5-10 minutes when I get on the pitch. This helps to get my body ready for the incoming intense football activity.
We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for.
Today , I hope to help my team to get wins in any way possible . How about you guys? How are you keeping fit and staying active?? We all should remember that health is wealth. Any opportunity to exercise the body must be taken.
