FITNESS SATURDAY.
It is a bright sunny morning to play some good football with the guys . Yeah right ! Saturday mornings is football time for me and my friends . It's no longer news I do look forward to Saturday mornings a whole lot . Playing football is a great hobby of mine so you should understand where I'm coming from , Lol.
Once I'm done with my routine physical fitness exercises I hit the football field immediately. The pitch is a usually a 5-10 minutes drive from my house.
Once I get to the pitch I jog round for about 10 minutes. This helps to stretch my legs and loosen up my body. It's a way I try to get my body ready for the incoming intense football actions.
We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system . This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for.
Today I hope I find myself in a united and dedicated team . I hope to assist to my team in any means possible to get wins whether by scoring or defending.
No matter what the week has thrown at me, Saturday football always seems to reset my mood and remind me of the simple joys in life.
