FOOTBALL READY

Happy weekend Actifit Family! It is another beautiful Saturday morning to play some good football with the guys. This is a day I always look forward to all week . Playing football can be therapeutic, it helps to boost my energy and importantly it helps to keep me fit . I have routine physical fitness exercises I engage myself in like sit-ups, push-ups and lifting of dumbbells but playing football is just bliss and top notch.
We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for .
The thrill of the game and the friendly competition really bring us closer together. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about having fun, unwinding, and creating memories with friends.
After the game, we often share some laughs and cool drinks, making it a perfect way to start the weekend. No matter how busy the week has been, this morning ritual keeps me motivated and recharged for the days ahead. Wishing everyone a fantastic and active weekend!
