FOOTBALL DAY IS UPON US

Happy weekend Actifit Family! I hope we all had blissful and favourable week . It's the the first day of the month as well as the first Saturday of the month of November. What better way to start the week and month with some good football with my guys.

Yeah right ! If you already know Saturday mornings is for playing football. Over the years this has been my routine and I can't remember when last I skipped a Saturday morning without playing football.

I usually hit the field once I'm done with my routine physical fitness exercises. They include push-ups, sit-ups and lifting of dumbbells.

Most times when I get on the pitch , I jog round it for about 10 minutes. This helps to get my body ready for the incoming intense football actions.

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for.

Today I hope to help whichever team I find myself achieve wins . Most importantly I just want keep fit and stay active. I think you should try that too ..
