Enjoying The Weekend By Keeping Fit
Happy weekend Actifit family. I hope everyone is trying to keep fit and stay active in one way or the other . I'm sure it must have been a busy week but the weekend is here to relax our busy and tired bodies . As we relax we should endeavor to try and exercise our bodies as well . Involving ourselves in physical fitness exercises won't do no harm to the body rather it helps in invigorating it .
Personally, I regularly do push-ups, sit-ups, lifting of dumbbells and sometimes skipping. On Saturday mornings such as this one I usually play football with my guys . Saturday morning football is an activity I'm always looking forward to participate in all week .
I woke up this morning feeling all pumped and ready for today's football match up. We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Usually when I get to the pitch I jog around it for about 5 minutes. This helps to get my body charged and ready for the incoming intense football actions.
Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for . Today I hope I to get a team that's cooperative and united. I hope to enjoy my gameplay today and I honestly won't mind getting my name on the score sheet and if I don't an assist won't be bad .
Ultimately, it’s all about togetherness and enjoying the moment, regardless of the score. I encourage everyone to find joy in movement this weekend, whether it’s playing sports, going for a walk, or hitting the gym. Let’s make the most of our time together and stay active!
