AN EXERCISE A DAY KEEPS THE WEAKNESS AWAY
Happy weekend Actifit Family! I hope everyone is all fine and well? I hope we all try to keep fit and stay fit by any means possible?!. We all should remember health is wealth and to keep ourselves healthy exercise should be an important routine in our daily lifestyle .
For me I keep fit by walking , jogging, skipping, push-ups, sit-ups, lifting of dumbbells and of course playing football. You know what they say about saving the last for the best ? that's what playing football is on this list of fitness exercises I engage in .
Playing football is a favourite hobby of mine and I don't hesitate to play when I get the opportunity. Saturday mornings most especially is a moment dedicated to playing good football with my friends.
We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for .
Today I hope to help my team to get as much wins as possible. Regardless of whether we win , draw or lose I'm always glad to exercise my body .
