Short but Intense

The advantages of teleworking on a Tuesday, taking 5 minutes to change clothes, put on your running shoes and go to the hill to do a short but intense trailrun session under a spring sun although with some clouds from time to time, and the best of everything, without anyone to bother you.
In addition, it is a way of walking the dog that saves me from doing it later, and Enzo also enjoys it like a greyhound, which is what he is.
Keep on running!
