First short Trailrun of 2024...

How beautiful everything is after a day of continuous rain.
The clean atmosphere, the blue sky, the radiant sun, and the soft ground, just the way I like it.
I still don't have the expected "shape" to increase the mileage on this terrain type without suffering too much, so I have made it short but intense, combining slopes and ramps on wet and slippery terrain.
The legs have worked very well, I feel agile although I have to lose weight somewhat, at a cardio level the heart has responded well, a little "high in revolutions per minute" but within normality.
I keep progressing.
More data about my activity will be published later in my @strava2hive post.
Keep on running!

It's a very special day when the sun comes out like this after a cold winter and it's all the more beautiful places to walk around.
The weather was actually sunny
