The bit that hit me most was the bowing and how they keep respect even when upset. As an accountant, that hierarchy of age and titles feel like a ledger of manners, everything in the right column, nothing overdue :) I used to think it was just for drama, now it looks like a habit that keeps daily life calmer. Reading this makes me want kimchi with rice tonigh, small comfort food' and a tiny reminder to mind my tone.

That's right, it's a great habit and sure makes things calmer.
I hope you get to have Kimchi with rice soon, hehe.

Ok' you got me, kimchi with warm rice is calling me already :)
That calm habit really slows me down, my ADmin brain likes how tidy it feels..
I love a fried egg on top and a bit of sesame oil.
Do you prefer it spicy or more mild with less garlic?
