It's sad but true. Hard work doesn't always get rewarded, results do. There are some cases where the effort is needed if you want to become a doctor or lawyer. But now a college degree isn't always all that important in the field of business as long as you can get results.

Genetics and family money can play a big factor as well. We can't all be tall, muscular supermen, unless you dope up and take Human Growth Hormone if you were destined to be short... Now AI is replacing the more menial jobs, and it's just part of the progression of civilization. Just as machines replaced laborers the same is happening with AI.

In business, war, and sometimes even love. The end does justify the means... Like I always like to say, it's a brave new world.
