Nice harvest! Increased efficiency is always a good thing, anything to speed things up will be good. Also smart to plant early to avoid fungus and avoid caterpillars. Those pesky things can ruin great crops. I love shallots personally, what a great thing to grow! Let's see how big you can get them for the next crop!
