I loved this recipe because it has no sugar and looks very appetizing 🍏 🥤 💕 Xixi I have questions please: This drink can be taken often or is to take it a certain number of times a month? And can it be taken by people with regular intestinal transit? For example I've seen juice recipes where the base is always papaya but sometimes it's laxative 🤒

I take this recipe three times a week, then repeat it every two weeks, but it's great for people who are overweight and suffer from constipation like me! It's natural. Of course you can try this recipe, but if you don't have any of the ones I mentioned, you can try it. In this case, the pineapple and flaxseed combined make an excellent purifier or mild laxative that removes everything in the intestine and painlessly expels that accumulated stool.
