Saludos a todos los que disfrutan de esta maravillosa comunidad de @amazingdrinks. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una bebida natural sin azúcar y que ayuda mucho al organismo. Se trata de una excelente combinación de la piña, manzana verde, semillas de chía y un toque de limón. Ideal para hacer una limpieza por dentro.

Greetings to everyone who enjoys this wonderful @amazingdrinks community. Today I want to share with you a natural, sugar-free drink that's very beneficial for your body. It's an excellent combination of pineapple, green apple, chia seeds, and a touch of lemon. Perfect for an internal cleansing.

Los ingredientes de la receta son los siguientes:
  • 200 gramos de piña.
  • 1/2 manzana verde.
  • 1/2 limón.
  • 2 cucharadas de semillas de chía.
  • 1 vaso con agua potable.

The recipe ingredients are as follows:

  • 200 grams of pineapple.
  • 1/2 green apple.
  • 1/2 lemon.
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • 1 glass of drinking water.

Definitivamente para los que tenemos un lento tránsito intestinal este tipo de recetas naturales o bebidas ayudan a que se mueva y expulse tantas cosas; lo primero que se hace es colocar las dos cucharadas de semillas de chía en el vaso de agua natural y potable. Después de media hora como mínimo es que vamos a preparar la bebida que consta de trozos de piña y la manzana. Lo vamos a llevar todo a la licuadora y allí antes de hacer la mezcla de todos los ingredientes añadimos el medio jugo de un limón.

For those of us with slow bowel movements, these types of natural recipes or drinks definitely help get things moving and expel them. The first thing to do is place the two tablespoons of chia seeds in a glass of natural, drinkable water. After at least half an hour, we'll prepare the drink, which consists of pineapple and apple chunks. We'll put everything in the blender, and before mixing all the ingredients, we'll add the juice of half a lemon.

Procesamos todos los ingredientes, el agua que estamos utilizando para ella es la que viene con las semillas de chía ya incluidas de una consistencia espesa. Afortunadamente salen como dos vasos de esta mezcla para tomarse uno en la mañana y otro a media tarde. Lo natural siempre es lo mejor y más si son frutas e ingredientes naturales ricos en fibra como las semillas de chía.

We blend all the ingredients, and the water we're using is the same as the one that comes with the chia seeds already included, giving it a thick consistency. Fortunately, this mixture makes about two glasses, one in the morning and one mid-afternoon. Natural is always best, especially when it comes to fruits and natural fiber-rich ingredients like chia seeds.

Una vez que hemos mezclado bien procedemos a tomarnos un buen vaso de esta bebida. La piña es excelente antiinflamatorio, rico en flavonoides y es muy usada para las personas que tienen retención de líquidos. Por otro lado la manzana verde, es excelente para combinarla algo acida pero que ayuda o potencia la bebida, las semillas de chía son ricas en fibra que hacen parte de la combinación de esta bebida Y por supuesto nada de esto lleva azúcar ni miel ni parecidos el toque de limón le da esa exquisitez a esta bebida.

Once we've mixed it well, we proceed to drink a good glass of this drink. Pineapple is an excellent anti-inflammatory, rich in flavonoids, and is widely used for people with fluid retention. On the other hand, green apple is excellent to combine with, slightly acidic but helping or enhancing the drink. Chia seeds are rich in fiber, which is part of the combination of this drink. And of course, none of this contains sugar or honey or anything similar. The touch of lemon gives this drink its exquisiteness.

Totalmente recomendado aunque el simple hecho de nada más comer fruta natural como piña en trozos como merienda es una buena opción manzana también pero recordemos que el limón es rico en vitamina c y antioxidante y ayuda a potenciar esta bebida por eso que es el ingrediente menor cantidad en esta receta. Además es muy refrescante y con el dulzor de la piña y la manzana se hace una buena combinación una buena textura y no necesita para nada azúcar.

Highly recommended, although simply eating only natural fruit like diced pineapple as a snack is a good option. Apple is also a good choice, but remember that lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which is why it's the smallest ingredient in this recipe. It's also very refreshing, and the sweetness of the pineapple and apple makes a great combination with a nice texture, and it doesn't need any sugar at all.

I loved this recipe because it has no sugar and looks very appetizing 🍏 🥤 💕 Xixi I have questions please: This drink can be taken often or is to take it a certain number of times a month? And can it be taken by people with regular intestinal transit? For example I've seen juice recipes where the base is always papaya but sometimes it's laxative 🤒

I take this recipe three times a week, then repeat it every two weeks, but it's great for people who are overweight and suffer from constipation like me! It's natural. Of course you can try this recipe, but if you don't have any of the ones I mentioned, you can try it. In this case, the pineapple and flaxseed combined make an excellent purifier or mild laxative that removes everything in the intestine and painlessly expels that accumulated stool.
