I'm glad you found something that works for you

I'd just get annoyed having so many alarms. I'm more of a list kind of person. I make a list of all the things I need to do during the day and work my way through them. Knowing I have to do something at a given time would just annoy me.

I do have an alarm to wake me up in the morning but I almost always wake up before it.

I do set timers during the day like my 27 minute timer for my 30 minute lunchbreak.

Or perhaps a 20 minute timer when I take a nap in the afternoon (I'm getting old, naps are important...but too long ruins my whole daily schedule).

Regardless,

Thanks for writing, enjoyed the read :)

I can relate to the experience you are sharing. Alarms can get very frustrating when they continuously buzz as a reminder to every little thing. Haha.

I know that because I had a roommate when I was in Uni who usually felt disturbed and distracted by the series of alarms that went off in the early hours of each day. Haha.

I concur with your Nap Time routine. That's something I would like to try because it will help me be more efficient in the time I spend doing things each day.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on this.
