RE: The Situation Of Electricity In My Area

Thanks for joining the conversation! Always glad to have new people dropping by and sharing their opinions. I think the prepaid meter is absolutely the way to go from what I've been hearing from others reports. Paying for electricity when there is no electricity seems like just a terrible slap in the face! I know the power station employees need to be paid but still don't give me service why should I pay?

I'm a big fan of making your own electricity and ignoring a monthly bill but it seems my love of solar isn't shared by my Nigerian brothers 🙂 Personally I love my portable solar phone charger.

As a side note:

I totally recognize the usb lightbulb I see in the photo

I have exactly the same one sitting in my cabin and run it off my USB power bank (which I also charge off solar).
