RE: Brrrrrriliant idea to take an Ice Bath I have always wanted to try one of these, but then I remember I swim in a hole cut into the frozen lake every winter. Though, it is not for 15 minutes! Do you feel the difference?

RE: What Would You Choose Freedom or Comfort? They weren’t even the smartest in the room but they had the persistence while I got so caught up with my pride. I think this is a good lesson for many things that hold us back…
