Trying Flattened Noodles With Large Plate Chicken
After a long cycling session, I have taken today's dinner at a Halal restaurant, a Xinjiang-based restaurant at a new location during my return time. I was quite late for dinner time, and many restaurants and supermarkets are closed by this time in various locations. It was after 8:30 pm when I entered the restaurant. There were many outdoor setups for dinner arranged by the restaurant, but I chose the inside arrangements as there are more insects flying outside during this time of the year.
I have given my order around 20:39 pm as shown in the bill. The inner decoration of the restaurant looked neat and clean, with solid arrangements of partitions and seating. However, the space of the restaurant is not so large compared to many restaurants that I have experienced in the surrounding area. It is a small place, but they have utilized the whole area in a great way that they have maximizing the efficiency in resource management.
I have ordered a new kind of dish today that is a flattened wheat noodles with large plate chicken which is one of the top rated chicken-potato-capsicum combo with some delicious combination spices. The price of the platter is quite expensive compared to other noodles platter. It was 20 RMB which is almost 3 bucks per meal.
I have also some BBQ of some lamb meat, fish tofu, and chicken heart. The price for each stick of them are 3/4 RMB which is almost half a buck. I have ordered 6 sticks that are altogether another 20 RMB. It was quite fast of delivery time of around 7/8 minutes, and I got the noodles first and it was quicker than many other restaurant and the BBQs were delivered after 3/4 minutes I get the noodles.
If I tell you about the taste, it was quite impressive, and the quantity of noodles was more than enough for a heavy eater like me. I was very hungry, so I ordered a lot today, and it was difficult to consume all of the strips of noodles. I have also enjoyed the BBQs; the fish tofu was the most delicious. And I was a little bit disappointed with the lab meat as it was filled with more fat, which I don't like for BBQs. I will rate it with 3.5 (out of 5) with a decrement of 0.5 for more fat in BBQ, and the flattened noodles were less hot and became cold within 10 minutes of order, as for the overall experience in the restaurant.
In conclusion, the newly discovered restaurant, this one is a good choice in a more proper region of the city, and the price level is slightly higher for some platters, as I have seen in the menu. Also, the number of items was less than that of many other Halal restaurants.
I hope you like my experience in the Xinjiang-based Halal restaurant in the residential urban area, and its delicious food. The overall taste was impressive, and I will come back here in the future to enjoy some other platters in the coming days. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them as much as I can afford.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wishing you a good day!
I took all the photos, and these are my own property.

Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
The Xinjiang-based Halal restaurant appears to be a place where the common people go.
It's also fun to see Chinese people eating there. Chinese people enjoy pork dishes.
You may feel that the food at The Xinjiang-based Halal restaurant is a bit expensive, but the quantity and taste are good!
I tend not to eat after 8pm for my health. Do you remember that eating late at night is not good for your health?
How do you feel the cuisine at The Xinjiang-based Halal restaurant differs from that in Bangladesh?
I guessed that Bangladeshi food would be spicier than that at The Xinjiang-based Halal restaurant!
Yeah, after 8 pm, it ia not good for health, but Bangladeshi people eat thier dinner around 9 pm, and I do so often. But in China I rarely take dinner after evening. But sonetimes I break the schedules.
Yeah, the foods in Bangladesh are more spicy than any restaurant in China. And Xinjiang based halal restaurant offers relatively spicy foods than other restaurant here.
