The Mouthwatering Street Food That I Love
Greetings, My dear Hive Fellows.
An interesting thing that I have noticed this time in my visit to Bangladesh is that usually, it would not be realizable when I get ready to go back home after 6 months. I am a wholeheartedly foodie man, and the most difficult job for me is to lessen my weight as I can't control the delicious foods surrounding me, especially in Bangladesh, which is almost impossible. The interesting thing is that the street food journey was almost absent this time unless I and my wife had a short visit to have some street foods just before I came back. Though I have enjoyed several restaurants like the resorts, Pizza shops, and our favorite Tibet Momo, I don't see any pictures of street foods this time. Moreover, we heated some more deep-fried mushrooms and sliced Brinjal, Potato mashed fast foods, of which I haven't taken any photos as I forgot.
I love eating outside, but on the other hand my wife doesn't like dining outside except a few restaurants. And she never eats streetfoods as most of the time these are completely unhealthy foods in the streets. I have seen many YouTubers get sick after eating these street foods outside, and I often fear these foods, as my daily habits changed after I left Bangladesh in 2019. But when I was in Bangladesh, I used to eat these street foods in abundance as I needed to eat them a lot as snacks. The craving for these foods is still strong, but with increasing age, the brain is more powerful than emotions, and that is the reason behind eating fewer street foods during my visit to Bangladesh.
This is the top street food in Dhaka, known as 'Bhel Puri', which is really a delicious one with some simple ingredients and people love them, especially girls are the biggest fan of this. The same kind of foods can be found in India and Pakistan abundantly with slight changes in taste according to different regions.
This food is known as the 'Singara', which is a kind of 'Samosa' that is filled with potatoes primarily, but many variants with meat, liver part of mutton or beef can be found in many areas.
This one is my favourite, known as the 'Piazi', which means fried onion with some flour mixed with some special masalas and deep fried in oil.
All of these items are very common in the Indian subcontinent. Just you can find some variation in them. Besides these, I have enjoyed the deep-fried mushrooms, brinjals which are also prepared in the same way as sliced mushroom or brinjal is deep into the paste of some pulse flour and then fried in the deep oil that becomes so delicious.
The preparation of Bhelpuri is very simple and all the ingredients are home made, and this one is the least unhealthy among all that I have talked about. They have the fried flour ball with hollow inside. The take them and break a side and pulled the mashed potato with some masala and other ingredients. After filling those hollow balls the put some special sauces on the top.
Then they put some green salads, green chilly and finally, some hoe made liquid sour thick water type known as 'Tok jhol' which itself means sour liquid and some people prefer the mix of sweet and sour liquid to pour at the top of these mouth-watering foods. You can find a special type of ' 'Puri' known as 'Pani puri' meaning 'water-filled puri' in India, which is very popular there, but we prefer this 'Bhel Puri' in Bangladesh.
That's all about my tiny street food tour for my last visit to Bangladesh. Hopefully, next time, I will add more to the list, which will give you an idea of Bangladesh's street foods. Until then, I will share some of the home foods that we usually enjoy at home in the coming days, the safest foods to consume as much as you can without any hesitation.
I hope you like my experience with some street foods in the local area of my residence that I like most. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them as much as I can afford.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wish you a good day!

Everything is so unusual) I have never eaten anything like this!
I see a lot of fried food in oil, which is not very good for your weight, but I understand you - it is probably very tasty and you can't resist)))
Yeah, it's so difficult to resist, but I have cut 80% of eating junk foods that I was used to with such a habit now.
Excellent - over time, the desire to eat unhealthy food will disappear. There are many vegetables, fruits and greens in your country - try to eat more of them.
Yeah, I am trying to live more healthy which should be focused at this age of life with so many responsibilities.
