¡Hola querida comunidad! Espero que todos estén mucho mejor, con salud y más tranquilidad en sus mentes, por mi parte me encuentro bien gracias a Dios, mejor que días anteriores, ustedes como se han sentido?..

En la Isla hay varios lugares nuevos, los cuales tenía pensado ir visitando poco a poco.., justo ayer quería comer helado, pues un rico helado siempre contenta el corazón, así que decidí conocer “La Cremeria” un espacio creado para transportarte a Italia, tanto con su temática como sabores, tengo entendido que están en Mérida y apenas han aperturado este local en la Isla, por supuesto no fui sola, tenía que llevar compañía para poder probar más sabores jaja, así que pedimos helados en conos de mousse de maracuyá, pie de limón, caramelo y frutos rojos, entiendo que no fue una elección muy radical jajaja, pero queríamos primero probar lo clásico, si no hacen bien un helado clásico, menos harán bien uno más elaborado, o eso opino yo jaja.

El de maracuyá estaba sabroso, cremoso, perfecto de dulzor, se sentía fuerte el sabor a maracuyá, me gusto, AME el de caramelo, pues era caramelo con un toque salado, esa combinación fue fenomenal, está el de frutos rojos, cremoso, con un toque ácido y muchas frutas rojas, estaba bien, y por último el pie de limón, que realmente estaba muy interesada en probarlo, pues me encanta su cremosidad y combinación de sabores entre lo ácido y el dulce, para mi sorpresa, este helado fue una decepción, pues sentí que solo pedí helado de limón, no tenía mucha cremosidad y nada de dulce, lo bueno es que me encantan los cítricos y pude comerlo con normalidad, mi acompañante lo probo una vez y fue como ver a alguien meterse medio limón en la boca jajajaja, arrugo la cara y me dijo que estaba muy ácido, así que, en mi primera experiencia acá, debo decir que si pasaron la prueba, al menos básica, no son helados que me dejaron completamente enamorada como los de la Paleteria, pero son sabrosos, de buen tamaño y el cono también estaba rico, en cuanto a los precios, cada uno costo 4$, quizás vuelva para probar sus cafés y galletas, aún no consigo donde vendan un buen mocaccino aquí en la Isla 👀.

Just yesterday I wanted to eat ice cream, because a delicious ice cream always gladdens the heart, so I decided to visit “La Cremeria” a place created to transport you to Italy, both with its theme and flavors, I understand that they are in Merida and have just opened this place on the island, of course I did not go alone, I had to bring company to try more flavors haha, so we ordered ice cream cones with passion fruit mousse, lemon pie, caramel and red fruits, I understand it was not a very radical choice hahaha, but we wanted to try the classic first, if they do not do well a classic ice cream, they will do well a more elaborate one, or so I think haha.

The passion fruit was tasty, creamy, perfect sweetness, the passion fruit flavor was strong, I liked it, I LOVED the caramel, because it was caramel with a salty touch, that combination was phenomenal, there was the red fruits, creamy, with an acid touch and a lot of red fruits, it was good, and finally the lemon pie, which I was really interested in trying, because I love its creaminess and combination of flavors between acid and sweet, to my surprise, this ice cream was a disappointment, because I felt that I only asked for lemon ice cream, it didn't have much creaminess and nothing sweet, The good thing is that I love citrus and I could eat it normally, my companion tried it once and it was like watching someone put half a lemon in his mouth hahahaha, he wrinkled his face and told me it was too acidic, so, in my first experience here, I must say that if they passed the test, at least basic, they are not ice creams that left me completely in love as those of the Paleteria, but they are tasty, good size and the cone was also tasty, as for prices, each one cost 4$, maybe I will come back to try their coffees and cookies, I still can't find where they sell a good mocaccino here on the island 👀.
