¡Hola amigos!!! Siii vuelvo con un postre nuevo que me ha dejado sin palabras, pues como muchos ya saben el quesillo de vainilla es parte de nuestra tradición venezolana a la hora de celebrar algún cumpleaños, pues una torta siempre tiene que ir acompañada de un buen quesillo y también gelatina, pero últimamente no he visto que hagan gelatina en los cumpleaños, pero bueno, el tema aquí, es que jamás se me había ocurrido que podrían existir sabores distintos de quesillo, hasta que mi amiga y chef Iolanda apareció en mi vida y ZAZZZ!! Hace quesillo al vino de porto, de galleta maría y de coco, yo tuve la oportunidad de degustar el de coco, ya que hasta ahora ha causado mucha sensación en su restaurante, y debo decir, QUÉ GENIALIDAD!!! Si eres amante del coco como yo, amaras este postre, suave, cremoso, sabroso como cualquier quesillo pero con sabor a coco y con un poco de trozos pequeños de coco al fondo, BRUTALMENTE SABROSO!!!

Definitivamente otro postre que va a mi lista de favoritos, luego les cuento que tal sabe el de galletas, aún no lo pruebo, pero no sé si me llegue a gustar jaja.

Yessssss I'm back with a new dessert that has left me speechless, because as many already know the vanilla quesillo is part of our Venezuelan tradition when celebrating a birthday, because a cake always has to be accompanied by a good quesillo and also jelly, but lately I have not seen that they make jelly on birthdays, but well, the theme here, is that it had never occurred to me that there could be different flavors of quesillo, until my friend and chef Iolanda appeared in my life and ZAZZZ!!!! She makes quesillo al vino de porto, with sea cookie and coconut, I had the opportunity to taste the coconut one, as it has caused a great sensation in her restaurant so far, and I must say, HOW GREAT!!!! If you are a coconut lover like me, you will love this dessert, soft, creamy, tasty as any quesillo but with coconut flavor and with some small pieces of coconut at the bottom, BRUTALLY TASTY!!!!

Definitely another dessert that goes to my list of favorites, I'll tell you later how the cookie one tastes, I haven't tried it yet, but I don't know if I'll like it haha.
